Guar gum is naturally sourced from the guar bean, and is used for texture. In some flavors of our Chobani® products, both guar gum and locust bean gum are used for texture in our fruit blends, because one doesn't work without the other. It fits our overall philosophy to use only natural non-GMO ingredients in everything we make.
